Credit Card Switch

The Credit Card Switch, manufactured by Enabling Devices/Toys for Special Children, is activated by the slightest touch. As thin as a credit card, this switch's unique design makes it extremely sensitive.

The Credit Card Switch has a sleeve which allows you to insert labels of your choice. It comes complete with a spare pouch, 2 sided sticky mounting tape, velcro, and a set of labels. Its versatility allows you to use it on any flat surface or it can be mounted on a wall. A metal mounting plate is available if you want to place your credit card switch on a magic arm, gooseneck or other mounting system.

 

 

Pocket Technician

Pocket technician, manufactured by Enabling Devices/Toys for Special Children, tests your batteries, devices and switches.

The Pocket Technician operates by placing the battery into the holder and the meter analyzes the battery's condition. To find out if your switch works, just plug your switch into the female jack and activate the switch. If it works, the technician buzzes. To check to see f the device is working plug the technician into the device and if the device does not activate, and you have already checked its batteries, then the device is not functioning correctly.

 

 

Single Switch TV, VCR and Cable Control Unit

Single Switch TV, VCR and Cable Control Unit, manufactured by Enabling Devices/Toys for Special Children, allows you to control the basic functions of three units simply by operating a single switch (sold separately).

The Single Switch TV, VCR and Cable Control Unit operates when the switch is pressed and held down, the various function indicators (on/off, volume up/down and mute) then light up in sequence. You select the desired function by releasing the switch when the corresponding light goes on. On the next switch closure that function changes its state (for example the volume goes up.) Easily adjustable scan/step feature allows you to "scan" through the selected functions or change them one step at a time. The unit can be placed on a tabletop or lapboard, or attached to bedrail or wheelchair by means of an optional gooseneck and clamp.
