  • Talking Interface
      • Automatically read the menus and buttons as you move the cursor to a specific tool.  It will also speak the words on the Spell Check list.


  • Listen Tool

      • You can change the voices for ease of listening.

Draw Toolbar
    • Located at the bottom of the screen.
    • Tools for drawing shapes and text boxes to illustrate the diagram or outline.
    • Formatting tools for text and objects:  Type, style & size of font;  color & pattern palettes for text and objects (fill-in and line)
    • Zoom Mountains (magnification) and hand to move diagram around on the page

  • Hyperlink to an Internet address.
      • This feature allows students to tie the resources of the Internet

Exporting Inspiration Documents
  • Save the diagram or outline prior to transfer.


  • Click on transfer button on the tool bar.



  • Inspiration will automatically ask the computer to open MS Word and transfer the diagram & outline.
